The Priority Events Manager enables Admin Users of your account to have full control over the types of alarms that trigger a response from your operators. This includes managing their priorities and creating custom Standard Operating Procedures to respond to them.
Custom Alarm List
Not covering the alarms you need to as default? Not a problem. Create your own alarm list, where you can add & remove alarm types that you require.
Prioritise Alarms
The benefit of creating your own custom alarm list is having full control over the alarm priority ratings - what order of priority will they be presented to the Operator / which alarms will appear at the top of the list.
Standard Operating Procedures
Admins can now build custom SOPs for every alarm type. You can choose between:
Creating a custom Action, which allows for free instructions to be added,
Call Keyholder, linked to the built-in Contacts manager for every site,
Can be enabled for Outbound VOIP calling - a paid Integration,
Dispatch Guard, automatically creating a job on the Keyholding Company's Job Management Platform - a paid Integration
