This guide will show you how to create a group for your sites in CONXTD, using the Enterprise Manager admin tools.
Group details
In Enterprise Manager, under the Groups tab, locate the Groups dropdown menu at the top-right of the main table. With this selected, click '+ Add' to open up the Group details form.
Adding to your company structure
You will need to decide where in the account structure your new group should live. The grouping structure - much like a file structure on your computer - cascades down as you go deeper into the 'file structure'.
Choosing a Parent, or master file, will determine where in the structure your group will preside.
Description
You can add important info, which will be displayed alongside the group in the CONXTD platform. In this example, I have noted the Area Manager for my new group, Area 8.
Custom Group Reference
If you use references or IDs for Area or Groupings, you can display this alongside the group.
Custom Fields
You can store Custom Fields against a group in the platform. In this example I have created an Area LPM field, assigned to Sandi Leder.
Once you're happy with your creation, click Update to create the group.
