This guide will show you how to add Pin Mapping to a site, using the Enterprise Manager admin tools.
How to add a Pin Mapping
In Enterprise Manager, click on the Edit Details button to open the Site Details Tab. Click on Pin Mapping to show the Pin Mapping Table. If you're unsure on how to locate the Pin Mapping feature, read the guide here before continuing.
Click the Add button at the top of the table. This opens a new modal.
Select the Alarm Format your signalling device and alarm panel have been configured to work with. If unsure, speak with your Installer.
Input the Pin Number (1-36), the Alarm you wish to Map to this particular Pin Alarm, and any descriptive text you wish to display alongside the alarm.
You can add multiple Pin Mappings at a time:
Click Save Changes to save your Pin Mapping.
If you are an API user with Immix, make sure your ARC is aware of the Pin Mapping change, as this will change the alarm information they receive at the ARC.
