This guide will show you how to add new alarm types to your Priority Events list, using the Enterprise Manager admin tools.

Customising your Priority Alarm List

Firstly, locate the Enterprise Manager on the left hand menu bar, then head to the Priority Events Management tab at the top of the page.

The first time you login, you should have the preset Priority Event list โ˜๏ธ

This comes with a default set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs - also known as 'scripts') to ensure your Team can open, action and close down events from the outset.

Duplicate the Alarm List

There are 2 ways for when customising your Priority Alarm list; Duplicating the existing list, or creating a custom list from scratch. Let's deal with the former first!

Duplicating the list means you copy the structure and the alarms in their current positions, but can reorder the alarm structure and create your own SOPs.

Clicking the Duplicate list button at the top of the main alarm table will unlock the Actions buttons, enabling you to reorder the alarm list, add more alarm types and remove certain alarm types from the list altogether.

Create a Custom Alarm List

If you want to start from scratch and ignore the default alarm list entirely, you can click the Create Custom list button. This will give you absolute control over which alarm types are included in your monitoring table.

When you click the Custom list button, we will remove all alarms currently in the list, giving you a blank canvas to create your own Priority list.

To add alarms to the Priority list, click the Add button that will appear at the top of the main alarm table.

You will be presented with a dropdown menu, listing all of the alarm types you can monitor in Priority Events. Click on the alarm type(s) you require, click and Save when you're happy with your selections.

The next step in your setup of Priority Events will be to create your own SOPs Workflows. Read the guide here to continue.
