Description

We can ingest your ARC's daily activation report, helping customers manage risk and compliance within CONXTD's visual-first reporting interface.

We can read the report from the automated email sent to customers, parse the data, transform and translate it into CONXTD for you to view in our intuitive alarm dashboard.

This report needs to be a certain file type, and the data needs to be formatted into a specific way - all of which, we have itemised below.

Email setup

We will provide you with a dedicated email address for your customer, that tells the CONXTD system which ARC the report has come from, and for which customer. This should be configured to send at the customer's preferred intervals.

A dedicated email will be provided by a member of the CONXTD Team.

File type

The required file formats are .ttx and .csv. Email parsing doesn't work on image-based documentation like PDF.

File structure

The report needs to contain the following column headings. Ensure the columns are inputted exactly as the below:

Column Heading

contno

Iseqno

evtime

evstring

event

Name

Contract Number

Sequence Number

Event time stamp

Event string

Event name

Description

We use this to link your sites with ours

Used to group similar or related event types together

Time stamp for events & activations

Even description combined together in the text field

Data Format

HH:MM:SS

As long as the report contains these 5 headers and data sets, you can reuse an existing report. We will drop all data that is not required for the integration to work.

Contract Numbers

The Contract Number is critical for us to identify the right site in CONXTD, and therefore output the correct activations. We have noticed that some reports include extra characters like proceeding '0's or additional alpha-numeric text.

If this is the case, we will need to update our records accordingly, otherwise we will not be able to accurately link our systems together.
