Check the application menu and/or pop-up in your browser to see which cookies are being set when you have consented to them.
Check your pop-up or the compliance dashboard to find out which cookies are third party or first party.
Check the source code of your website (using the Elements tab when Inspecting the page) to see if any scripts are included for services that are setting cookies directly.
Have a look in your Google Tag Manager container to see which services have tags set up and are setting cookies (these can also be seen on the pop-up if you know they are already in Google Tag Manager).
