👉Please note: The policy below applies to the UK only

To make our cancellation policy as simple as possible, we operate a three strike policy. As soon as you reach three strikes, your account will be suspended.

Cancelling more than 24 hours before a shift = no strikes.

If you let us know you are unable to make your shift more than 24 hours before your shift is due to start, you will not receive any strikes.

Cancelling between 8 and 24 hours before a shift = 1 strike.

If you let us know you are unable to make your shift less than 24 hours but more than 8 hours before your shift is due to start, you will receive one strike.

Cancelling less than 8 hours before a shift = 2 strikes

If you let us know you are unable to make your shift less than 8 hours before your shift is due to start, you will receive two strikes.

Please note that it is not possible to cancel a shift within less than 6 hours before the shift is due to start.

When you reach three strikes, your account will be suspended, and you will have five days to submit an appeal - which you can do via the app.

If you do not show up at a job and fail to notify us, we will instantly suspend your account and you will have 5 days to submit an appeal.
