As soon as you publish a job, it will be sent to all suitable workers who will then be able to apply via the Coople Jobs App. 

The job details, their hourly wage and the shifts are all published, meaning workers have all the information they need in order to make a decision on whether or not to apply.

As soon as you receive any applications, you'll receive a notification. Then it's just a case of logging into your account to review your applicants. 

It's usually the case that you'll receive applications pretty quickly, but it's still a good idea to post the job as soon as possible.

You can increase your chances of attracting applicants by ensuring the visible to 'All workers' box is ticked when you create a job. That way your job will be sent to all the workers on the platform who match your requirements.
