Although it's not essential to upload a photo, employers are far more likely to hire you if you have one. 

Uploading your photo

First you'll need to head to your profile in the app by tapping on the profile icon in the bottom right of your screen...

Next select 'Profile photo' from the menu...

You'll then arrive at the 'Add photo' screen. As you can see from the screen below, you can add a cover photo, as well as smart and casual options. 

We recommend starting with a cover photo, as this is your main profile photo and will be the first one employers see.

It's important that you look professional in your cover photo. That means no Snapchat or Instagram filters!
