Every time you create a job, you can invite specific groups of workers to apply. This is useful when you know who you want to work with and want to avoid receiving applications from others.

These are the groups of workers you can send your job to:

  • Previously hired

  • Your favourites (based on the “favourite” feature)

  • Referred by me

  • Internal employees

  • Your own groups of workers

How to invite groups of workers to apply for a private job (via the Coople web platform or app)

  1. Create a job and complete all the information

  2. Go to the section Hiring options at the bottom of the job creation screen

  3. Select the visibility option Private, then select your desired group from the Private pool dropdown menu

  4. You can also select individual workers in the field below to send the job invitation to

  5. Publish your job.

Eligibility check of your private pool workers

We run an automatic eligibility check to see which of your private pool workers are eligible for the job. This will tell you whether a worker has any scheduling conflicts or some other reason not to be considered. Please note that even if workers are deemed eligible for the job, this does not guarantee that they will apply.

Should you ever publish a job with no eligible workers, we will let you know and recommend that you make some changes before posting.

What happens after I invite workers to a job?

We will notify the workers about your invitation and they can choose to apply for your job. They will also see the job in the Coople Jobs app. Please note that inviting groups or individual workers to a job does not guarantee that they will apply, even if they are deemed eligible for it.
