When you publish a job, Cooplers will view it on their Coople Job App. Only those with the right Job profiles and Experience level will be able to apply to one or to multiple shifts.
As soon as you start receiving applications, we will send you an email and notify you via the app so that you can start reviewing their profiles. It’s a good idea to hire fast so that you can secure the best candidates.
If you want to speed up the hiring process, you can create groups of workers and send them jobs directly. If they accept them, you will hire them automatically without having to review their profile.
Hiring the best applicants from the Coople Web Platform

Your active jobs:
Click on Jobs > Active
Select the job you want to hire for
If you have no workers or applicants for this job, you will see an empty screen:
If you have hired for this job or received applications, follow these steps:
Click on All workers
Here you will see a list of all your workers, including those who you have hired and those who have applied. You can also see the shift status and review hours or hire candidates.

Here you will see a list of all your applicants. If you only need to hire, we recommend you do so from this tab.
Reviewing a Coopler’s profile
Before hiring Cooplers for the first time, it’s a good idea to look at their profile to decide who you want to hire.
Click on a worker’s name to open their profile. Review details including:
Their CV: view it online or download it
Their description: understand who they are in a few words
Their skills: including languages and soft skills
The recent jobs: get an idea of their experience with Coople
If they are favourite of other companies: this can give you a good idea of how satisfied companies are with this Coopler
The customer reviews: the ratings they have received by other companies
You can Hire or Decline Cooplers directly from their profile. If you want to save their profile and make a hiring decision later, Shortlist them. Or you can make them Favourites and speed up the hiring process next time.
Hiring Cooplers
You can hire Cooplers for individual shifts.
Click on the tick-box within the shift date you want to hire this Coopler for
Click on Hire at the bottom left of the screen
You can also hire them for all their shifts
Click on the tick-box under All shifts
Click on Hire at the bottom left of the screen
You can hire multiple or all applicants for all their shifts
Click on the tick-box under All shifts next to every Coopler profile
Click on Hire at the bottom left of the screen
You will see the total number of hours and estimated price. Click Hire now if you want to proceed.
Knowing who you’ve hired
Click on Jobs > Active
Click on All workers or
Click on Hired
What happens next?
Once you have hired Cooplers, there is nothing else you need to do. They will have all the information about the job in their Coople Job App.
If a Coopler cancels their shift, we will send you an email to let you know what has happened. Our cancellation policy prevents Cooplers from cancelling with short notice. Let us know if you have any issues finding a replacement.
