We need to verify all of these documents:
Your passport. This document cannot be expired.
and
An immigration status document. This document can be one of the following:
A current Biometric Residence Permit card
A current Immigration Status Document issued by the Home Office
A "Certificate of Application" letter issued by the Home Office less than 6 months old
We use this document to do an ECS check
2. Complete your online right to work check
First, add your documents to your profile
Open the Coople Jobs App
Tap on Profile
Tap on Documents, add a photo of your passport or national ID card
Go back, then tap on Right to work and add a photo of your preferred document.
Follow these tips to add a photo of your documents
If you’re adding your passport, please take a photo of the biometric details page. This is the page where your full name and photograph are visible
If you’re adding your Biometric Residence permit card, please add a photo of the front and the back of the document
If you’re adding an Immigration Status Document issued by the Home Office, take a photo of the entire document
If you're adding a "Certificate of Application" letter, take a photo of the entire document
Check that the documents are visible and that they fit into the white border
Make sure that the text in all your documents is clear and easy to read before adding them to your Profile
Retake the photos the information is difficult to read
Second, start your online right to work session
Once you’ve uploaded your documentation, you can start your online right to work session from the app. You will see the following message:

Tap on it, and get started!
You’ll need to show the same documents that you uploaded to your profile. It is also very important that you show the front and the back of your immigration status document. Please have a good internet connection, good lighting and follow the instructions carefully.
What happens next?
A member of our team will verify your right to work details. This usually takes less than 48 hours during weekdays, we'll send you an email once this is done. If we have any problems during the verification process, we'll get in touch via the app.
Once we check your right to work, you will be able to apply for jobs that suit your profile.
Complete these steps to apply for jobs
Add your work experience, your CV, and a photograph. The more complete your profile is, the more likely you are to get hired.
Add your National Insurance number, bank account details, address and HMRC declaration so that we can pay your wages once you start working.
