3-Step Process
Range Selection:
Select the Excel range containing your reference data.
Ensure that your first row contains column headers.
Document Selection:
Choose the PDF documents to analyze.
Use category filters to easily locate your files.
Column Mapping:
Map the input columns (reference data) to the output columns.
Results will be automatically inserted into the specified columns.
Results
Matches are displayed with an intuitive color code:
Green: exact match found.
Orange: possible match, needs verification.
Red: no match found.
The name of the source document is automatically added for easier traceability.
