The document matching feature automates the search and extraction of information from your PDFs.

3-Step Process

Range Selection:

  • Select the Excel range containing your reference data.

  • Ensure that your first row contains column headers.

Document Selection:

  • Choose the PDF documents to analyze.

  • Use category filters to easily locate your files.

Column Mapping:

  • Map the input columns (reference data) to the output columns.

  • Results will be automatically inserted into the specified columns.

Results
Matches are displayed with an intuitive color code:

  • Green: exact match found.

  • Orange: possible match, needs verification.

  • Red: no match found.

The name of the source document is automatically added for easier traceability.
