Tips for updating Apple Cards between statements

Copilot allows you to track your account balance and categorize your transactions by uploading each monthly statement via our CSV import feature. See this article to learn more about Importing Apple Card Statements.

Between Apple Card monthly statement imports, you can also make two types of updates to your account manually in Copilot:

  • Create manual transactions: You can create manual transactions, which will automatically adjust your balance. This also works for marking Recurrings as paid. See this article to learn more about Creating Manual Transactions.

  • Create a manual internal transfer payments: You can create manual internal transfer transactions for payments made to your Apple Card from another bank account linked in Copilot. See this article to learn more about Creating Manual Internal Transfer Payments.



At the start of the next month when you import your Apple Card statement, the import process will flag duplicate transactions between your statement and manual transactions, allowing you to easily review and remove any duplicates:
