How to Assign a Service to a Client

Assigning a service to a client lets you send them a payment link so they can purchase the service and begin onboarding. Follow the steps below to assign any service.

1. Navigate to Your Services

  1. Go to the Clients page.

  2. Swipe across to the Services tab.

  3. Select the service you want to assign.


2. Open the Assignment Menu

  1. Inside the service, tap the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Assign from the menu options.


3. Choose the Client

  1. A list of your clients will appear.

  2. Select the client you want to assign this service to.

  3. Tap Next to continue.


4. (Optional) Customise Pricing for This Client

  1. Toggle Custom Pricing on if you want to adjust the price specifically for this client.

  2. Enter the new price values you want to use.

  3. Tap Next to proceed.


5. Review the Confirmation Page

Once your assignment settings are saved, you’ll see the payment options for sending the service to your client.

You can choose to send the payment link in multiple ways:

  • Share Link → copy and send via chat, SMS, etc.

  • QR Code → show the QR code if you’re face-to-face with the client.

  • Email → send the payment link directly to their inbox.


6. Client Completes Payment

Once the client has paid:

  • You will see a payment confirmation inside CoreCoach.
