Follow these steps to manually batch out from the Elavon app on your terminal.
Determine your Elavon app version
First, you will need to determine which version of Elavon you have installed on your device by checking which app icon is used.
This is the app icon for Elavon 118.
This is the app icon for Elavon 202.
Clear open batches from the Elavon app
We need to clear any open batches on the terminals before proceeding with any Elavon updates. Follow these steps to manually clear the open batches.
Elavon 118
Launch the Elavon app on your terminal device.
Tap the settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Enter password if prompted:
Your PAX device should have one of the following passwords :
pax9876@@
corksy
today’s date in “MMDDYYYY” format.
If none of these options work, attempt yesterday’s or tomorrow’s date in the same format, as the terminal may be in a different timezone.
Tap "Host Settings"
Tap "Batch Close"
Elavon 202
Launch the Elavon app on your terminal device.
Tap all four corners of the device, moving from the upper left clockwise around the screen.
Enter password if prompted:
corksy or today’s date in “MMDDYYYY” format.
If neither of these options work, attempt yesterday’s or tomorrow’s date in the same format, as the terminal may be in a different timezone.
Tap "Host Settings"
Tap "Batch Close"
After batching, you will need to re-launch the Corksy PayConnect app to process payments.
