Supported Receipt Printers
Corksy integrates with two recommended standalone receipt printers:
Epson TM-T20III – Best for USB or Ethernet connections
Star TSP143IIIW – Best for WiFi connections
These printers work with PrintNode, allowing seamless receipt printing through the Corksy POS. You’ll need a desktop or laptop on-site to manage the connection.
How to Connect the Epson TM-T20III (Windows & Mac)
Windows
Unbox and Connect the Printer
Plug the printer into a power outlet
Connect it to your computer via USB or Ethernet
Install the Epson Driver
Go to Epson Support
Download the TM-T20III Windows driver
Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions
Confirm Installation
Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers
You should see “Epson TM-T20III” listed
Mac
Connect the Printer
Plug it in and connect via USB or Ethernet
Turn the printer on
Install the Epson Driver
Download the TM-T20III Mac driver from Epson Support
Run the installer and complete the setup
Add the Printer to Mac
Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners
Click the + button and select the Epson TM-T20III
How to Connect the Star TSP143IIIW (Windows & Mac)
Windows
Power On and Enable WiFi
Plug in the printer and verify the WiFi light is on
Connect to the Printer’s WiFi
Press and hold the PAIR button for 5 seconds
On your computer, join the printer’s temporary network (e.g., “TSP143IIIW-XXXX”)
Open a browser and go to 192.168.10.1
Enter your local WiFi credentials to connect the printer to your network
Install the Star Driver
Download the TSP100 futurePRNT Windows driver from Star Micronics Support
Install the driver and complete setup
Mac
Join the Printer’s WiFi Network
On your Mac, connect to the printer’s temporary WiFi (e.g., “TSP143IIIW-XXXX”)
Visit 192.168.10.1 in a browser
Enter your local WiFi credentials
Install the Star Driver
Download the TSP100 Mac driver from Star Micronics Support
Follow the prompts to install
Add the Printer to Mac
Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners
Click the + and select Star TSP143IIIW
Troubleshooting Printer Connection Issues
If your printer isn’t showing up or working on your laptop or desktop:
Confirm all cables are securely connected (USB/Ethernet) or WiFi is active
Restart the printer and your computer
Make sure the correct driver is installed for your operating system
If using WiFi, repeat the pairing process and reconnect to the correct network
Check your system’s Printers or Devices settings to confirm the printer appears
