If you are not receiving Coupons.com newsletters, there are a few things you can check to help resolve the issue:
1. Check your email settings
Log in to your Coupons.com account and go to Account Settings → Contact Preferences
Make sure newsletter emails are enabled.
2. Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes emails may be filtered into your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you find any Coupons.com emails there, mark them as “Not spam” to help future delivery.
3. Confirm your email address
Make sure you are checking the same email address you used to register your Coupons.com account.
4. Allow some time for delivery
Email updates may occasionally be delayed depending on your email provider.
