Before anything goes live, we verify that each coupon actually works: That means actively checking that the offer is valid, understanding what it applies to, and confirming the correct start and end dates. This is a highly manual process as it requires our team members to actually test the code on the store and verify that the discount was applied.
Once all is verified, the coupon code goes live for the established period. Once those dates pass, expired coupons are removed automatically.
