It is a mandatory requirement by many court systems that users spend the full duration of the course watching and reviewing the course content. To facilitate this, Courseable automatically tracks user progress through the lessons and prevents users from skipping them.
If you see a warning message that says "Please go back and complete the previous lesson," the first step is to ensure you revisit and double-check whether you've completed all the activities from the previous lesson. Sometimes, these activities require you to follow narrated instructions, so be sure to listen attentively.
And make sure you have clicked the Mark Complete button on each of the lessons you have completed. Without this button being clicked, the system won't know that you are done with that section.
Secondly, if you've checked and confirmed that you've completed all the required activities from the previous lesson and are still experiencing issues with a slide or lesson, please try logging out and logging back in using the Google Chrome browser. We have found that this resolves 95% of user issues.
Please reach out to us over email (support@courseable.com) for help if the above two steps did not fix your issue.
