If you've bought a course but don't see it in your dashboard, please follow these steps.
First visit courseable.com/dashboard and log in with your username and password. Then, you can just navigate to the My Courses section to check if your course is listed.
If your course is not there in your dashboard, one of two things could be happening.
You have just purchased, and the system has not yet fully processed your order. During busy times, it may take up to 20 minutes for the course to be assigned to your account. If you have just purchased it, please allow a few minutes for the purchase to appear in your dashboard.
Your credit card company rejected the payment. In rare cases, your credit card company may reject/hold a payment even after it initially appears to have gone through. Please reach out to us at support@courseable.com so we can verify this.
Note: Every customer will get two emails when they purchase a course (a purchase confirmation email and a welcome email).
If you don't see any emails from Courseable, that means that while signing up, you made a typo when typing your email address. Please send us an email at support@courseable.com, and we will help you with this.
