INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Duplicate an existing event.
Use Cases: System users can quickly create a new event by copying an existing event and updating key fields (e.g. dates or courts). This feature saves time if a club holds the same type of event many times during the year (e.g. a summer camp class) and most of the event features remain unchanged.
PREREQUISITES
Know how to create an event.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click EVENTS > LIST.
Locate an event on the Events table. Click the three-dot icon and select Copy.
Scroll through the page, make all required changes, and then click Save. These updates are likely to include (at a minimum):
Name
Session (if applicable)
Event Date
CourtReserve adds a row to the Events table.
