INTRODUCTION
If your club would like to enable event restrictions, you must contact CourtReserve Support team to have this feature activated.
Event Restrictions only works on Drop-In and Single Date event registrations.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Once we have activated Event Restrictions for you, you'll go to SETTINGS > BOOKING SETTINGS > EVENT RESTRICTIONS:
3. Once here, you can customize the Event Categories you would like to restrict:
NOTE: Remember, for these event restrictions, you are restricting only the event categories selected!
4. If you keep scrolling, you will see the various customization available to restrict users such as 'number per DAY' or 'number per WEEK':
Slots a Member is allowed to register for the next 7 days
Slots a Family is allowed to register for the next 7 days
Total Outstanding Slots a Member is Allowed to Register - this means if we make the max '4' outstanding reservations, as soon as one of those 4 reservations is over, it 'rolls off,' leaving them with now only 3 outstanding reservations.
NOTE: An important difference between these restrictions, the '7 days' and the 'outstanding,' is that the 'outstanding' restrictions are NOT time sensitive.
