If we go to SETTINGS > PORTAL SETTINGS, we'll be reviewing these buttons and what features they offer.

Setup

Your portal link leads to your CourtReserve platform and can be hyperlinked on your website or also included in emails or social media posts to lead players directly to your organization. The Portal Link and the Short Portal Link are the same.

'Is Your Member Portal Turned On' - You can turn this off if you will be using CourtReserve strictly for staff - no players will be logging in or viewing any kind of webpage or Member Portal.

If you are going to allow players to login at some point and use the Member Portal, we recommend leaving the member portal turned ON so admins can hop back and forth between the admin side and the member portal side. You can prevent players from logging in and viewing the portal with a different setting (Allow Members to Login to Member Portal).

'Allow Members to Create Their Account Online' - Turn this setting off if you do not want your members to be able to create accounts online.

The player will not be able to search for your club in CourtReserve (your club's name won't appear if you have this box unchecked). Therefore, players would need to contact the club directly to have a front desk or admin person create their account for them.

'Allow Members to Login to Member Portal' - If you are an admin still setting up your CourtReserve club and don't want players to login yet, leave this box unchecked until you are ready to go live.

'Allow New Members to be Auto-Approved' - if you leave this unchecked, new users that create accounts at your club will be in a pending state waiting to be approved.

You can review their Sign Up Forms and approve/deny new members under the TO DO tab.
