This article explains the 'Use Balance' feature found on the payment summary screen on the member Portal

Members now have the option to use a balance if applicable on a fee. Now the 'Use Balance' box will be the default for transactions that require upfront payment.

If we have a balance on our account, the 'Use Balance' box, will be checked by default.

To get here, we'll go to make a reservation from the Member Portal:

We'll click on the 'Pay Now' button.

From here, we'll be taken to the 'Payment Summary' screen.

If we have a balance on our account, the 'Use Balance' box, will be checked by default.

If we UNSELECT the 'Use Balance' box, we can now use either the balance on our account, or our credit card on file:

If we have a balance on our account but it is not enough to cover the entire payment, we will be shown both the 'Use Balance' box as well as our credit card on file:

If we have no current balance on our account, the Payment Summary screen will not show the 'Use Balance' box, just the Payment Profile screen:
