If we go to Settings, we'll see this Notifications menu bar

If we go under 'Player' we'll see two lists: Active and Subscribed

Active list mean that these notifications are turned ON in the club and player will have the choice to receive them, or turn them off.

If these are turned OFF (unchecked, so NOT active), the players will not have an option to receive or not receive them.

See the example of the UNCHECKED box here. It is now no longer available to be 'subscribed' to.

The 'Subscribed' bar means that players WILL receive these emails by default until they go in and uncheck these on their personal accounts (person email settings).

How do players adjust their email notifications?

Players can adjust their email settings by going under their accounts and selecting 'My Notifications'

System Users Email Notifications

Here, we have the same concept of email notifications, however, these are for system users (admins and sub-admins) ONLY. These emails would be related to system activity.

Just like with the Player settings, we can customize 'active' and 'subscribed' columns:

By customizing this list, these will be the emails that admins / sub-admins will receive by DEFAULT. To edit their email notifications, admins and sub-admins will need to go to SYSTEM USERS tab and adjust from their account:
