This add-on allows your players to easily add their passports and for your staff to verify vaccinations status. This feature is an add-on at $5 each month.

To enable the COVID-19 Tracking, you'll go Settings > Integrations > Addons. Once this has been enabled, you'll go to Settings > Organization Settings > General.

Once this box is checked, another one will populate below - leave this UNCHECKED if only admins/staff as allowed to update player vaccination status.

Now when we go to a player's account, we can see the new COVID-19 tab

If you choose EXEMPT option, it will populate a new field for EXEMPTION REASON

Once the changes are SAVED, the profile will update with an icon next to the name

Need to run reports on the status of your members?

Go to REPORTS > MEMBERS and you'll see the new filtering option available

You can also turn on the ability to see status on the scheduler

V -Vaccinated

PV- Partially Vaccinated

NV- Not Vaccinated

E - Exempt

Uploading the documentation on the Mobile side for Players.

Go to My Account - My Family

Then Click on the EDIT button beside the player who you want to upload a document.

Next choose a status.

Then you can click Select Document and upload from the mobile device.
