If you are having issues redeeming cards, it may be because our system is not able to verify the address that you've entered.
Please review these steps and try to re-submit:
1) Complete addresses are required. If the address you enter could end up in different physical locations we won't be able to ship. Please add your entire complete address including unit numbers for multi-unit buildings.
2) Double check spelling. One of the most common issues we see is a letter being dropped or added on an address unintentionally.
3) Please make sure your address is alphanumeric. Unfortunately we are not currently able to process shipments with other character types.
4) If you'd like to include a User ID, please add it after your surname, not after your street address.
5) Try without abbreviations. Expand BLVD to boulevard, St. to Street - etc.
6) We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes for international redemptions, you will need to enter a residential address.
If you've fixed all of these, tried to resubmit, and are still having issues, please reach out to support directly.
