Welcome to your guide to Points! Points are our way of rewarding you for being an active member of our community. You can use them to get credit for pack purchases and to compete for the top spot on our seasonal leaderboard.
How to Earn Points
Daily Claims: Log in to your account to claim your daily rewards.
Vending Machines: Earn points every time you purchase a pack from one of our vending machines.
Using Your Points For Packs
For the first time, you can now turn your loyalty into your next collectible by redeeming your points directly for packs.
Redemption Rate: Once you have at least 5,000 points, you can redeem them for a $25 credit to use on pack purchases.
How it Works: At checkout, you will have the option to apply your points balance to your purchase.
Your Entire Balance is Ready: All points you've earned since September 2024 are retroactively available to be spent. Log in to see what you can redeem right now!
Expiration Policy: Your spendable points balance operates on a one-year rolling basis. This means each point is valid for one year from the day it was earned, giving you plenty of time to save up. For example, points you earn today will expire on this date next year.
Please Note: Promotional codes cannot be applied to purchases made with points.
Competing on the Seasonal Leaderboard
Your points also determine your rank on our seasonal leaderboard, where you can compete with other users.
Seasonal Competitions: We host time-bound monthly competitions to see who comes out on top. Points earned from purchases made after a season starts will contribute to your rank for that season.
Prizes: Each month those who end up in the top 100 on the leaderboard will be sent a prize, based on where they rank at the end of the month.
Seasonal Reset: At the end of each month, the leaderboard resets to give everyone a new chance to win.
Important: The seasonal reset only applies to your leaderboard score. It does not affect your overall points balance that is available for pack purchases.
View the Leaderboard: Check out the Leaderboard section in the main menu to see the rankings. You can scroll through the top 100 users, and your username will be highlighted if you're on the list!
Viewing and Managing Your Points
Keeping track of your points is simple.
Check Your Balance: You can see your total points balance under your username in the profile menu. Your balance updates automatically in real-time.
Before Purchase: The number of points you'll earn is displayed on the Vending Machine product page and at checkout before you complete a purchase.
After Purchase: You'll see an instant confirmation showing the total points earned right after your purchase is complete.
Account-Tied: Points are tied to your account. If you use an external wallet to perform actions that earn points, those points remain with the account that performed the action, even if you later unlink that wallet.
