We understand it’s concerning to see a charge without receiving your card from a Vending Machine. This issue typically occurs for a couple of reasons, and often resolves on its own.
Most Common Reason: A Voided Transaction
Sometimes, a payment is started but doesn't fully complete. This can happen if the site freezes, the payment window is accidentally closed, or a security check interrupts the process.
When this occurs, the transaction is "voided" to protect you from duplicate charges.
While no money is actually taken from your account, you might see a temporary payment hold on your statement. How banks choose to display these is up to your bank.
This temporary hold will typically clear from your bank statement within a few business days.
Another Possibility: A Display Delay
In some cases, the transaction was successful, but there is a slight delay in the card appearing in your collection. Try refreshing your collection page first to see if the item shows up.
What To Do Next
If you were charged but didn't receive your card, we recommend waiting up to 5 business days to see if the temporary hold disappears from your bank account.
If the charge does not go away, or if you still haven't received your card, please contact our support team. While the system usually refunds these charges automatically, our team will investigate.
