How to Check the Status of an Existing Shipment

After you've submitted a request to ship, you can easily keep track of its progress.

There are two main ways to check the status of your redemption:

  • Use the Shipment Tracker: The most direct way to see the current status of your order is by visiting the Redemptions Tracker page on our website: courtyard.io/redemptions. Here you will find the latest updates on your shipment.

  • Check Your Email: Once your order ships, an email containing your package's tracking number will be sent to you.

Please keep in mind that it can take up to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) for your order to ship.
