Canceling Shipments

Once a shipment is placed, we're unable to cancel or modify it.

Why can't you cancel it?

Your shipment moves into our fulfillment queue immediately after it's placed. Our vault team works to pick, pack, and hand off orders to FedEx as quickly as possible often within. Because of how tightly this process is sequenced, there's no window to intercept an order once it's in motion without disrupting the entire fulfillment queue.

Once your package has been handed off to FedEx, the shipment is fully under carrier control and cannot be recalled or rerouted by Courtyard.

What if I submitted the wrong address?

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, contact our support team immediately and we'll do our best to update your address before the label is generated.

If your package has already shipped to an incorrect address, and the package is undeliverable and returned to our vault, we'll re-ship it to your correct address once we receive it back.

Note that returned shipments can take additional time depending on how long the carrier holds the package before sending it back.
