If you need to make changes to a redemption order you have already submitted, the only way to do so is to cancel the order and create a new one.
To do this, go to the Redemption Tracker, select the Redemption you'd like to Cancel, and click the Cancel button.
If the cancel button does not appear, your order is already on the way and can no longer be cancelled or changed.
