[Action Required] Keep Your Existing Bids and Listings Active!
We're upgrading the Courtyard marketplace!
To ensure your bids and listings remain active after the upgrade, please take 30 seconds to move them to our new system.
What happens if I don't? Your items will be temporarily hidden until this step is completed.
Find the Migrate Orders tab on Desktop or Mobile Web (not available in the mobile app)
If you do not see the Migrate Orders tab, you have no order left that need to be migrated, you're good to go!
Please use a web browser on your phone or computer, not the mobile app.
Sign In: Log in to your Courtyard account.
Click the menu icon (three lines) in the top left and go to Profile. Click on Migrate Orders (you may need to scroll to the right to see it, past Offers Made).
Confirm Your Items: You'll see a list of your items, all pre-selected for you. Simply click the "Migrate Selected" button, then "Start Migration".
All Done! Keep the window open until it's finished. You’ll see a confirmation message once it's complete and will no longer see the Migrate Orders tab in your profile.
If you don't complete this step, your active bids and listings will be safely paused and hidden from the marketplace until you’re ready.
