Genesis Raffle

Effective Date: March 27, 2026

Sponsor: Courtyard, Inc. (“Courtyard.io,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) a Delaware Corporation with an office at 228 Park Ave S #38294 New York, NY 10003.

These Official Rules govern the Genesis Raffle (“Promotion”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Courtyard.io Terms of Service, and the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding.

The Promotion begins on March 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST and ends on April 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST (“Promotion Period”).

A total of six (6) cards will be awarded as such:

(1) All prizes will be awarded through the platform's raffle feature at the designated time.

The Promotion is open only to individuals who:

(a) have a registered Courtyard.io account in good standing, as found in the TOS;

(b) meet all age (18+) and residency requirements in these Official Rules*; and

(c) are not otherwise prohibited from participation under applicable law.

*The Promotion is void where prohibited and void in New York and Florida. It is also void in any jurisdiction where the Promotion fails to comply with local laws.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Company, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win.

During the Promotion Period, eligible users may earn entries through the following methods:

Entries may be earned by designating points earned on Courtyard.io prior to the draw time, subject to the platform’s posted earning rules.

To enter without making a purchase, eligible users must complete both of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

No additional forms, submissions, or actions are required. No other AMOE methods are permitted.

Attempts to obtain entries through automated means, multiple accounts, or any method not expressly permitted may result in disqualification. Logging into your Courtyard.io account and claiming the free entry as well as free daily points are entirely free and do not require any purchase, payment, or other consideration. AMOE entries receive the same odds of winning as paid entries.

No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to enter or win.

Winners, prizes and the Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") are shown through the platform's posted specifications. Actual market value may vary at the time of award. Winners are not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize at the time it is awarded.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Company from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winner selection will be at the platform's posted time of draw.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

Winners will be notified via the email associated with their Courtyard.io account. Each winner must respond within 30 days of notification. Failure to respond within the required period may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

The Company may require potential winners to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of residence, and any other information necessary to verify eligibility. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process, creating multiple accounts, engaging in fraud, or otherwise violating these Official Rules.

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners are encouraged to consult a tax professional regarding potential tax obligations.

By participating, entrants agree to:

(1) comply with these Official Rules,

(2) comply with any applicable terms on Courtyard.io, and

(3) accept the decisions of the Company as final and binding.

The Company is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, corrupted, or misdirected entries; technical failures; unauthorized access; or any other errors beyond its reasonable control.

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Where permitted by law, participation constitutes consent for the Company to use the entrant’s name, likeness, username, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. No cash substitution is permitted, except as may be required by law.

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent for the Company to use their name, username, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation. Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, and awarding prizes, and will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy available on Courtyard.io.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or misuse of any prize.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in New York, New York under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Entrants waive any right to a jury trial. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

A list of winners will be made available upon request within one (1) business week following completion of winner verification.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. Entry constitutes consent to use name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the sponsor. Residents of New York and Florida are excluded from this promotion in compliance with state sweepstakes regulations.
