2. Withdraw to a Crypto Wallet
Before you can withdraw to an external crypto wallet, you must first link it to your Courtyard account. You can do this by using the "Link wallet" button in the wallets section.
Click on your circular profile portrait in the top-right corner of the site.
Select "Manage Wallet" from the menu.
In the wallets section, find the wallet you wish to withdraw from, click the three-dots menu next to it, and select "Withdraw Balance."
Once linked, this option lets you send your USDC to another personal crypto wallet that supports the Polygon network (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet).
Common Withdrawal Issues
Delayed Bank Withdrawal: If your withdrawal is taking longer than the estimated arrival time, please reach out to our support team for an update.
Unsupported Country: If your country is not supported for bank payouts, you will need to use the option to withdraw your USDC to a personal crypto wallet.
Returned Funds: If a bank withdrawal fails and is marked as "Returned," please check your Courtyard wallet balance to see if the funds have reappeared. If not, please contact support.
