Unit Cost v1 - Manage Units: Resolved issue where the edit option didn't display in light mode

Insight Report: Fixed placeholder and items in year selection

Insight Report: Improved and refactored summary section

Cost Group - Cost List Dialog: Search box location was changed and a tooltip to amount was added
