What are the different user roles?

  • Admins have all rights like a Manager and additionally they can manage and view the whole Organization, e.g. editing/deleting user functions. Any other administrative rights such as access to data exports, API keys as well as upgrades to the pricing package sit with the Admin.

  • Managers have all rights as a user and in addition they can create and edit Locations & Products for those Business Units they are a Manager for. Additionally, they can invite Users, manage Business Units as well as override Emission Factors.

  • Users have access to locations and business units that are fixed by Managers and Admins. They can add and edit content within this view. Users can also create logs and view data as well as edit or delete logs.

  • Viewers have read-only permission for the Cozero Share, Log and Act module, which includes for instance viewing the Share page, the Act Marketplace or Log reports. However, Viewers have no writing permission for Log, Act or Share.

  • Suppliers are those providers of goods and services to the reporting company. They have no access rights to a user's account. However, users of Cozero can issue data requests to suppliers via the software.
