How to add customers to Cozero

In order to increase transparency and work on your entire value chain, Cozero allows you to add customers to your organization. By adding customers, you can tie customers to specific emission logs. This allows you to track which customers are responsible for which emissions.

How to create & edit customers

  • Step 1: To the left of the Cozero platform dashboard, click on “Organization”.

  • Step 2: Click on “Customers”, which is nested under organization.

  • Step 3: Click on “New customer”.

  • Step 4: Add a customer name, and description (if desired).

  • Step 5: Click "OK" to create and save the customer.

  • Step 6: To make changes to a customer: click on “Edit” on the right of the respective customer and make sure to save your changes by clicking “OK” at the bottom.

  • Step 7: To delete a customer, click on the “Delete” to the right of the respective customer.

How to tag or add customers when creating a log

You can also add customers directly when you are creating your emission logs.

  • Step 1: Follow the process to create a log. For more information see here.

  • Step 2: Open the “Advanced” section at the bottom of the tab.

  • Step 3: To create a new Customer, click “+ New customer” and fill out the name of the customer and description (if desired).

  • Step 4: Click “OK” to save the new customer.
