In CPL Learning, you can create user groups based on their job positions, work locations, roles, age, time at the company, and start date.

Note: All users in the group will be allocated the selected courses. If you remove a course from a user group this won't un-assign it from all users.

Assign standard courses

To add courses to a user group, follow the steps below.

  1. Log into the Admin tool then click Config.

  2. Click Allocation then click Courses.

    • On top page, you’ll see two options:

      • Mandatory

      • Non Mandatatory

    • These options allow you to categorise the courses when assigning them to groups.

    • If you're not using tile unlock functionality the course page will display two tabs, one for mandatory courses and one for non-mandatory courses. This helps distinguish which courses must be completed and which are optional.

  3. Select a default order ID, then click Groups.

  4. Select the relevant group, then click Courses.

  5. Click Add then select the relevant course.

  6. Click Next then click Save.

Assign custom courses

To allocate custom courses to user groups follow the steps:

  1. Login to the Admin tool.

  2. Click Config., then click Allocation.

  3. Click Custom Courses, then click New Allocations.

  4. Select the custom courses to allocate.

  5. Select the User Groups to receive the custom course.

  6. Click Save.

Assign scorm courses

If you need to allocate scorm courses to your employees, use the Access Digital Assitant for further support and include the following information:

  • Name of the company.

  • Name of the course.
