In this section, you’ll find guidance on why a course may not be updating as complete in your stats. It covers how to check for unanswered questions, incomplete sections, and progress tracking to ensure your course completion is properly recorded.

Check if you have incomplete sections within courses that launch in a new window

⚠️Important: If your completion isn’t showing in your stats, allow four to six hours for the system to update, or try refreshing the page. The status should update once reloaded.

To check if there are incomplete sections within your course, follow the steps below:

⚠️ Warning: If you close the window partway through a course, you’ll lose your progress.

  1. Click the Learning tile, select the relevant course.

  2. Click Launch course, then click the Dashboard icon on top left corner.

    • From here, you can see the completion percentage.

    • To view any incomplete chapters, click View, then click the tick list icon in the top right corner.

    • Selecting the incomplete chapters will take you directly to the sections that need to be completed.

Check for missed questions to complete your course

🤓 Tip: If you see a green tick next to your course title, this means the course is complete. If your completion isn’t showing in your stats, allow four to six hours for the system to update.

  1. Log into your console, then select your course.

  2. Click Resume, then click the circle with a number and letter in the bottom-left.

  3. Click the end module of the course, then click Results Overview.

  4. Click View individual questions.

View results overview

If your course status shows as complete but you don’t see a green tick next to the course title, this usually means a question was missed at the end of the learning.

Each question has a result shown. Once all questions are answered, the green mark will appear against the course.

After opening the results overview:

  • Review the list of individual questions.

  • Each question should display either:

    • A green mark: Answer is correct

    • A red cross: Answer is incorrect.

    • If any question does not show a green mark or a cross, this means it was not answered, and the course is not complete.

Review missed questions

To review any missed questions, follow the steps:

  1. Click the circle with the letter and number.

  2. Select End of learning, then select Questions.

  3. Use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to move through each question and check whether any are unanswered.
