View descendants stats

To view your descendants stats follow the steps below:

πŸ“ŒNote: You won't be able to see anyone on the same level as you or above you in the hierarchy, only those set below you. If you can't see your descendants stats use the Access Digital Assistant for support.

  1. Login to console.

  2. Click Stats.

  3. Click Descendants and select the user.

    • You can view the last course that was accessed.

    • You can track the course progress by clicking on the course, and viewing the passing date and the time spent completing it

  4. Click Download in the top-right corner to export the stats to Excel.

    • This lets you filter the data and get a broader view of the results.

Descendants not showing on my stats

Missing users from your descendants' list can often be traced to hierarchy setup issues or account reactivations. Hierarchy loops, where roles are arranged in a circular relationship, can also cause visibility issues. These loops disrupt proper updates and descendant assignments.

If users are missing from your descendants stats this could be caused by the following:

  • The user is not added to the site hierarchy.

  • As the levels in the hierarchy descend, those who manage certain areas or sites in the company will only have access to the stats and reports of users below them.

  • A user previously set to a site with no hierarchy rules is transferred to another site with hierarchy rules.

  • A user with a position not in the hierarchy rules is changed to a position with hierarchy rules.

  • The account was deactivated and made active again.

  • Ensure that missing descendants have a job position and a site assigned to their account. This is essential for the system to display them correctly in the hierarchy. Once these details are added, please allow up to an hour for the system to update and reflect the changes.- Hierarchy loops, where roles are both ancestors and descendants within the same chain, can prevent proper descendant visibility. Review and resolve these loops by eliminating duplicate parent-child relationships.

  • Deactivated virtual accounts associated with descendant sites or team members can also cause visibility issues. Reactivate these accounts to restore visibility.
