Course won't update as complete

The course status doesn't change to complete even after completion.

If you've completed a course but it isn't marked as complete, follow the steps in the relevant section below.

Note: Courses require a pass mark before they show as complete. Once you've passed a course, it can take up to four hours for the stats to update.

πŸ€“β€‹ Tip: If you see a green tick next to your course title, this means the course is complete. If your completion isn’t showing in your stats, allow four to six hours for the system to update.

PC standard courses

  1. Click the relevant course then click Resume.

  2. In the bottom-left, click the circle with a number and a letter.

  3. Click Course End then click Questions.

  4. Complete any incomplete questions then click Submit.


Mobile standard courses

  1. Open the relevant course then tap Resume.

  2. Tap the three lines then tap the circle with a number and a letter.

  3. Tap Questions then complete any incomplete questions.

  4. Tap Submit.


Courses that launch in a new window

  1. Click the relevant course, then click Launch Course.

  2. On the left-hand side, click the Questions icon.

  3. If your course is failed, click Retake Assessment.
