Create learners using the Import Tool

You can manually import users through the Admin tool.

So your staff import in the correct format please download this Excel Sheet and add your new employees to it.

⚠️Important: If you can't find the import option on your dashboard that means you don't have the right permission and you need to address this to your admin or Head Office.


To import new staff follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Admin Tool.

  2. Click Import, then click Employees Import.

  3. Click New Import.

  4. Select the Excel Sheet you've previously created.

    • Once you download the Excel sheet, you can include additional columns like email addresses or dates of birth.

  5. Select the mapped fields to the correct column headers.

  6. Set either a fixed, random, or date of birth as the password.

  7. Click Next.

  8. If you're happy with the import preview click on Begin Import.

Once the import has completed you will be able to view the usernames and passwords for the staff you have created. You can then send these out to your staff and they can log in through campus.
