⚠️ Important: Certificate downloads depend on your company's settings. If the certificate tab is missing, you’ll need to contact your administrator or manager for access.
Download a certificate
PC
To download certificates, please follow the steps below:
Log in to the console.
Click the Certificates tab.
Click My Certificates.
On the certificate, click
download icon.Once you've downloaded the file, click the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser and select downloads to save your certificate.
Certificates for completed courses are available for a period of three years.
⚠️ Important: Once you've completed a course, make sure to download and store your certificate. Courses may be reset for refresher training or replaced with an updated version. When this happens, all associated data, including certificates, is permanently removed from your account.
Download certificates through the app
Note: If you don't have our app yet, you can download it from your App Store or Play Store, just search for CPL Learning and press Install.
To download certificates from the mobile app, follow the steps below:
Open the CPL Learning app.
Press the three-line menu on top-right corner, then select Certificates.
Tap the download
icon.After a few seconds, you’ll see the share option appear at the bottom of the screen.
Press Share.
Save to Files to store it in your device’s files app or cloud storage.
Print.
Share to send it via email, message, or other apps.
Download certificate Google Chrome
If you're using google chrome as your browser, here's how you can download your certificate:
Log in to the console.
Press the circle with three lines on top-right corner, then select Certificates.
Tap the download
icon, then select Yes.Once you've downloaded the file, click the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser and select downloads to save your certificate.
Download certificate Safari
If you're using safari as your browser, here's how you can download your certificate:
Log in to the console.
Press the circle with three lines on top-right corner, then select Certificates.
Tap the download
icon, then select Yes.When downloading your certificate in Safari, you’ll see an arrow icon at the bottom of the screen, tap it to open options like share, save to files, or save image.
Personal license certificate
At the end of the course there is a test made up of 40 multiple-choice questions to help embed the learning and to show your level of knowledge.
Note: You need to pass this end test to complete the course, but this is not the qualification exam.
Once you've completed the Zoom exam, you receive a physical copy of the certificate through the post in 7 to 10 working days. If you don't receive it in that time use the Access Digital Assistant to request it.
