⚠️ Important: Only managers, assistant managers, and administrators can access or request access to Insights reporting. If you don't have the relevant permission, reach out to your Head Office.
Run reports
You can run a report following the steps below:
Log on to CPL Insights.
You can also be re-directed to CPL Insights by logging in to your console and clicking the Reports widget.
From the left-hand menu, select what you want to report on.
This list only shows your company reports., Compliance report - Next Gen Compliance report.
Report names may differ from company to company.
From the Select a Report list, select the report you want to run.
Fill in the fields, then click Submit.
These are not mandatory.
You can use the drop-down menus at the top of the page to filter the results further.
Note: If learners have recently completed courses, allow the report four hours to update within the platform.
Format your report
Pin columns
You can pin columns of a report by clicking the pin icon next to the column title.
Pinning a column fixes all other columns to the left of the pinned column and turns the pin icon black. You can use this to keep the pinned columns in view when you're scrolling through the unpinned columns.
Sort data
To sort the data, click the down arrow at the top of the column, choose how you want it sorted, and then click OK. You can sort the data in the following ways:
In ascending or descending order.
Search for specific text.
Use the checkboxes to select multiple results.
Download your report
Once you've run your report, you can download it following the steps below:
Above the report type, click the menu icon.
Select the file format you want to download in:
.png
.xlsx
.csv
After a few moments, the downloaded report appears in the bottom left of your browser.
Note: Before you can start using the document, you may need to click enable editing in the yellow bar on the Excel Document.
