User group course allocation configuration
To check which courses are allocated to user groups in the allocation configuration, please do the below:
Log in to the Admin Tool.
Click Config.
Click Allocation.
Click Products on the top page then, click Courses.
Choose the course you wish to see the user groups it's allocated to.
You can now see which user groups this course is allocated to.
If you don't see any user groups this means that the course has no automatic allocation rules set up.
You can allocate courses to user groups by clicking the Add button.
User group allocation configuration courses
To check the user group allocation configuration courses follow the steps
Log in to the Admin Tool.
Click Config.
Click Allocation.
Click Groups on the top page then, select the user group that you need.
Click Courses.
You are now able to see which courses are assigned to user groups.
Checklist allocation configuration
To check the checklist allocation configuration follow the steps:
Log in to the Admin Tool.
Click Config.
Click Allocation.
Click Products on the top page then, click Checklist items.
Select the checklist that you need
You can now see which user groups this checklist is allocated to.
Survey allocation configuration
To check the survey allocation configuration follow the steps:
Log in to the Admin Tool.
Click Config.
Click Allocation.
Click Products on the top page then, click Surveys.
Select the survey that you need.
You can now see which user groups this survey is allocated to.
