To configure which notifications are sent to your channels by following the steps:
Note: If you can't select your notification preferences, it indicates that your admin has already configured default notification settings for you.
Log in to the console.
Click the circle with your initials, then click Settings.
You can see the list of all the notification preferences grouped by product areas such as appraisals, checklists, courses, library folders, etc.
Select the area that you need, then click toggle to send a notification by
Feed which is the bell icon from our platform.
Email Channel if you have linked your email to your account.
Mobile which is the push notification either for a branded app or for the Cpl app.
