Access your courses
To access your courses follow the steps:
Login to console.
Click the course or learning tile of your account.
Navigate through standard courses
To navigate through your course follow the steps:
Click Start.
When accessing a course for the first time, click Start.
If you've previously started a course and want to continue from where you left click Resume.
In the bottom left corner, click
the circle with a number and letter.
You can see all the modules from a course
After completing your modules you get to check your knowledge.
With this type of course there are various icons along the bar at the bottom of the page
Audio: Switch on
audio narration.
Pencil:
Learners can take short keynotes as they go through the course.
Pin: A page can be
pinned to be able to return to it before completing the test.
Forward and backward arrows: Become active when the narrator has finished to allow navigation through the course
Full screen: Expand the course to cover the whole computer screen.
Translate: To translate the course content into your preferred learning language click
the world globe icon and use the drop-down to select the language required, which will appear in a sidebar on the right.
Accessibility: Click accessibility
icon to use the dyslexia-friendly font and change the background color by selecting different colours.
Exit: To exit a course, in the bottom right, click the
Exit icon and select Save & Exit.
Navigate through scorm courses
Scorm courses typically launch in a new browser window.
Users need to keep this window open to prevent losing course progress.
If you’ve already started the course and want to resume from where you left off, a message will appear asking if you’d like to continue. Click Yes to proceed.
This type of course includes various icons on the left side:
Dashboard: Click the dashboard icon on the left side menu to see the sections of a course.
From here, you can see the completion percentage.
To view any incomplete chapters, click View.
Questions: Click questions icon on the left side menu to view your results overview.
Glossary: Click the glossary icon located in the course menu. When clicked, it provides a brief definition or explanation of specific terms or concepts, helping you better understand the content.
Resources: Click resources icon on the course menu to view additional materials or supporting content that can be accessed by users during or after completing a module. These resources could include PDFs, slides, documents, videos, or other reference materials designed to enhance the learning experience.
Scorm course change language
To change your scorm course language follow the steps:
Log in to campus then click your initials on top right corner.
Click Settings then click Accessibility.
Under Preferred Course Language, select the Prompt me every time check box.
Select the relevant language.
Interactive Course Elements
Scorm courses may include additional interactive features:
Clickable hotspots: Interactive elements on slides that reveal more information.
Embedded videos:Playable media that provides additional learning material.
Quizzes and assessments: Users may need to complete knowledge checks before proceeding.
Drag-and-Drop activities: Exercises that require interaction to reinforce learning.
