Download certificates from console
To download your descendants certificates follow the steps below:
⚠️ Important: Certificate downloads depend on your company's settings. If the certificate tab is missing, contact your Head Office or use the Access Digital Assistant to request your certificates.
Log in to the console.
Click the Certificates tab.
Select who's certificates you need:
For yourself, click My Certificates.
For a staff member, click Descendants and find the staff member.
You can filter certificates based on a course or descendants name.
On the certificate, click the Download icon.
Certificates for completed courses are available for three years.
Download all certificates
To download in bulk all certificates for courses completed since you last completed this task, follow the steps below:
Log in to the console.
Click the Certificates tab, then click Descendants.
If a descendant is missing from the list, this means they're not in your hierarchy.
Click Downloads, then click Download Outstanding.
If you're downloading a high volume of certificates, this may take four to six hours to complete.
Download certificates through the Admin Tool
Note: Only admins or administrators have access to the Admin tool, if you don't have the relevant permission address this to your Head Office.
To download employees certificates through the Admin tool please follow the steps:
Log into the Admin tool.
Click Employees then, search for the user that you need.
Click Training then click Certificates.
To email certificates to the user, click Email All.
To download user certificates, click
download icon.
Note: If certificates are no longer visible on the account this may happen because your order has expired. You can use the Access Digital Assistant to request a copy of your certificate.
